The Inn is open 365 days a year. Reservations are recommended. Full Plantation candlelight breakfasts are served in an elegant dining room with working fireplace, amidst period china, crystal, and elegant 1890's silver. ALL rooms have TV's and VCRs, lovingly decorated with wonderful antiques.

Edgewood Plantation offers gift certificates throughout the year. All gift certificates are good for six months, are non-transferable and no cash refunds will be made. Cancellation fee applies to reservations made with Gift Certificates.

• Edgewood Plantation is located 25 miles west of Williamsburg, VA along historic Route 5, and is 23 miles from Richmond along Interstate 295, just minutes away.
• Room rates range from $132.00 - $198.00 per night, per couple.
• Holiday seasons require a two night minimum.
• Refreshments available upon arrival, full plantation breakfast is in elegant formal dining room.
• Discount tickets to 2 Plantations.
• Children 12 and over welcome. (small charge for 3rd person)
• Edgewood Plantation has a 15 day cancellation policy.
• Reservations cancelled without a 15 day notice, as well as extended stays cut short are subject to a
  $75 (per day) cancellation fee. If you prefer, we will issue a gift certificate and you can reschedule your stay (non-transferable).
•  Cancellations are not accepted October - December or during holidays.
